1.Responsible for press release production including content collection, translation, editing, basic graphic design and timely update new tourism resources, products, stories, trends and events from Denmark and Norway;
2.Develop social media calendar and implement always-on yearly activities;
3.Manage STB’s owned/earned social media and digital platforms, including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo and other social media and digital accounts and edit relevant marketing contents and materials;
4.Support media and PR tasks and answer consumer enquiries;
5.Consumer and digital marketing events/projects support;
6.Support in media database, image bank and website (http://www.beiou.org ) maintenance and updates;
7.Preparation of documents for meetings, arrangement of venues and refreshments as required and meeting minutes keeping;
8.Daily secretary tasks, translation of marketing materials and quarterly reports compilation;
9.Other tasks assigned by Chief Representative, Greater China.
1.Bachelor degree or above in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, business administration, foreign language or a suitable combination of education and work experience;
2.High level self-motivation and innovative thinking;
3.Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
4.Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and highly developed English language skills;
5.Good ability to create, edit and proofread documents in both Chinese and English as required;
6.High degree of accuracy and attention to details;
7.Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop and so on;
8.Destination knowledge of Nordic countries will be an advantage;
9.Be able to travel both domestically & internationally;
